I've got three rings from LBG, including one that was custom made. The whole process was super simple, and Lizzie was incredibly helpful and friendly the entire time.
Each ring is stunning and I receive tons of compliments on them, all at great prices. I definitely plan on buying more in the future!

The product just didn't fit my needs. There's nothing faulty about it, just not what I was looking for. I made a call, and the guy I talked to was really helpful. I sent the item back and got my money refunded. They're assisting me in finding something that works better.

"Fantastic product and service!"
Not long ago, I had to get another ring since I misplaced my first one. They were kind enough to give me a discount on the second ring because of the tough time I was facing! Before that, they also sent me some replacement pearls for the ring since one had come loose. All in all, their service has been top-notch.

"Great Customer Interaction"
I was a bit hesitant about the piece I picked since I wanted a break from gold, so I went with a silver ring. It showed up in roughly 3 days, and while it was pretty, silver just isn't my style. Returning it was a breeze. Next time, I’ll stick with gold.

This was our first experience with LBG jewellers, but it definitely won't be the last. The service is unbeatable, and if you're after a custom piece like my husband was for our 55th (Emerald) anniversary, they really deliver. We were kept updated with emails and photos to make sure we got just what we wanted. Their pricing is fantastic, and we can't recommend them enough!

The vintage craftsmanship is just stunning, and the tanzanites along with the delicately hued opals are simply gorgeous, all working together beautifully. Living in Australia, I found the delivery to be quick, taking just 2 weeks with a tracking number provided. The quality of the rings has been consistently good, and the sizes fit perfectly. "Our Experience with a Gold and Amethyst Purchase"
We got ourselves a gold and amethyst piece with seed pearls from LBG, and it was a special order. They were super helpful in guiding us through the ordering process. Delivery was estimated to take 3 to 5 weeks, and it showed up right on schedule, exactly 5 weeks after we placed the order. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to respond and kept us updated on our order's status. I wouldn't think twice about ordering more stuff from them.
